A celebratory performance with Michael Greenstein and the Musical Mitzvah Volunteers to thank all the members of SWFS who supported our Yom Kippur Appeal.

The performance is free to all donors, but we ask that you RSVP to let us know you'll be there.

Art Opening: Temporary Shelter

Following the Yom Kippur Thank You Cabaret, there will be an opening for a special installation in the sanctuary. Heather Stoltz, former coordinator of the Center for Values and Community Service here at Stephen Wise Free Synagogue, will be available to answer questions about her artwork. The installation piece, reminiscent of a sukkah, tells the story of homeless men, women and children living in New York City shelters such as our own Next Step Men's Shelter.

For more information about the art exhibit, click here. The exhibit will be shown in the SWFS sanctuary from November 5-12, and will be shown at various synagogues and churches thereafter.
