Stephen Wise Free Synagogue organizes congregational trips that enable members to explore and deepen connections with our shared heritage.

Our most recent congregational journey to Israel took place March 22-April 2, 2017. Highlights included Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Eilat and Petra, Jordan, b’nai mitzvah in the ancient site of Gamla, a visit to Kibbutz Lotan, Golan Heights, Masada and the Dead Sea, dialogue with journalists and political figures, and much more.

Our congregational trips have always been very popular. Besides enjoying and learning from the trip, members have said: "Now, when I come to Friday night services, I know so many more people!" and "This has been the experience of a lifetime."

In May 2017, we will be launching our inaugural refugee relief mission.
